Three months ago I switched from paper processing to swipe paperless processing using a device attached to an I-phone. In all fairness, up until last Wednesday, processing has been efficient and customer service very good. Last Wednesday (4 days ago), Chase Paymentech began having problems with sending receipts. What used to take one minute for merchant and customer to receive a receipt takes hours or days because of a system problem which they are working on. Paymentech customer service can only say we are aware of the problem and are working to correct it. Frustrating for the merchant since this issue has lasted 4 days now. My solution was to return to paper processing so the customer will have an immediate receipt. Since Chase Paymentech is a subsidiary of JP Morgan Chase I went to my local branch to address the issue with the manager. He is doing a fine job, making calls and providing me with e-mail updates. Depending on the length and quality of service, I may adjust the star rating (up or down). Useful 6 Funny 2 Cool 7282015 Previous review The issue seems to be resolved.
